You know, I TOLD you guys this would happen. You make any comment that ONE person gets upset about, and it will go crazy…and it wont matter anything what we say, we will get a ruler across the knuckles and treated like 8 year olds….

It looks like the powers that be have removed my mod preview that was unjustly given to me, and I was told by the mod who started it all that it was a mistake on his part. I’ll be honest here guys, I don’t feel it was a mistake on his part, I will always feel it was a form of get back. I have chosen to stay but I have also chosen not to take part in the underground any more due to the way it is moderated and the treatment in which certain individuals get there, mainly myself because I don’t want to talk for others. I really does seem like the old roosters there are afraid some new chicken is going to take up shop in their barnyard and rule the roost, which clearly seems to be the attitude I get when I go there at times by a couple of members and a mod as of late. I feel it’s really sad that people can be so insecure and make them selves believe that that’s their turf and they will step on anyone who comes in that doesn’t agree with their opinion or they fail to see what you are trying to convey.

I used to really like the underground, but my best advice is to stay away from it unless you want things thrown in your face over the way you believe in something or see it.

So, to all, I will continue to stay a member of QSS and stand by what I ( and many other’s ) believe to be right. I also want to take this time and thank all the many members who PMed me last night and sent me E-mails showing me support over this travesty that occurred and the way I was treated, you know who you are, and so do I, you have proven to me once again what great people you are and that you are valued friends. Rowan, I also want to give you a special thank you as well, your words really set in with me, and Arn, I am definitely going to go buy that book and read it now!! What you said really made sense to me and I applied it right away and got results!!There is always proper ways to channel things and get things done, and for that, I am grateful for the advice. One could now say we are even! lol.

I just really want to say thanks to everyone over all this, even the trouble makers, because it brought to light just what goes on here sometimes with certain individuals and I’m sure their behavior will be watched more closely now because of it. I have faith in that as we have a great team here, the best in the world as far as I’m concerned. This is a case when one bad apple….didn’t spoil the bunch, and for that, I am thankful for my apple pie!

In reference to number 5, another thing that really annoys the heck out of me is being put on Mod preview for two weeks because a mod called me a dumb fuck ( abusing his powers and setting a bad example ) and then blamed me for causing the trouble. I got a 10% warning by my name now and if it doesn’t come off quickly, then I’ll leave QSS ( as much as I love it ) because I wont be treated and harassed like that, it’s an injustice, and when it comes from someone like that, then I lose faith and trust in the site. This all steams from the fact that I said, ‘ my uncle died of Aides because he was gay” and it was taken out of text, something that happens a lot in the Underground when people feel like exercising big words and making their post’s hard to understand. The argument was, from the Mod who called me such names, was that it wasn’t the fact that he was gay is why aids killed him, it was because he caught the virus. Well, the guy was right, but chose to go off on me instead of trying to ask if I miss chose my words. I had a hard time explaining it to him, but I was cordial threw the whole thing, still while he was calling me names and leading by a bad example. Other members came to my defense, and he shot them down as well. It’s sad is what it is. When I woke up this morning, I noticed a different mod had closed the thread. This was after I followed the proper channels to report the Mod for his unprofessional behavior. I didn’t think nothing of it at that time, except for maybe the mod who closed the thread did the right thing because it got so off topic and the other mod was out of line. I figured he got talked to and was told he was in the wrong or something and that he should act more like a mod rather then be abusive to long time members. I thought that was it. I went about my business with my daily postings and then logged off. Later in the day, I logged back in this evening and started to go about my business as usual and I get this PM from the abusive mod telling me he he’s putting me on Mod preview!!! Why I ask, “Because this is the best way to watch over you” or something like that he says! Now, I gotta ask, do you think that was fair? I sure as the hell don’t, since I’m the one who was being called names and I wasn’t stirring up anything, just trying to explain in a cordial way what I meant. I’m afraid if this injustice isn’t fixed, then I can not and will not contribute to the site anymore because It just wouldn’t be right. This does not sit well with me at all because I feel this is some sort of get back on the Mods part, and he should be ashamed of himself for abusing his power for selfish reasons, most likely because he got talked to by administration. And even if he didn’t and convinced them that this is a just situation, then that proves why it would be a good reason to leave. For those interested, all you have to do is go to the underground and read the “Hot for teacher thread” and you can decide for yourself. I warn you though, there are some pretty messed up views in the thread and some might get offended at other members, but keep in mind, we all have freedom of speech here ( well, some do any way to a point, as evidenced by this situation ) so everyone has the right to their opinion. Some just don’t follow the rules of the underground as stated, and get away with it. When a mod does it, it makes it worse because we look up to these people to fix these kind of problems, not cause them like he did by calling names, that’s just immature at the least!!

So, with a heavy heart ( and I’m saying this now in case justice is not served by tomorrow morning, that gives administration plenty of time to look into this and fix it ) I’m saying to all now that I will be taking my leave of the site and everything associated with it. I’ll still check back every so often, but it will be most likely to watch movies or just check stuff out with out communicating with anybody, that way I’m safe from being treated again like I was. Thanks everyone for all the good times, everyone from Arn to Night to Ducky. you all have meant so much to me, there’s so many I cant name them all, from everyone on the blog, Urban, Rowan, Terri, Cwisteen, Dave, and anyone else associated with it, including Peggs, loves ya Peggs! I’ll also miss all my friendly game players as well, some who I have already mentioned, but Nini, and Isarah would definitely fall into that category.

Arn, on a personal note, you know how to reach me and we’ll always be friends. If this works out by tomorrow, then no harm no fowl, but you can’t blame me for leaving after all this.I just can’t bring myself to contribute anymore if this is the way I’m going to be treated by a mod who likes to stir shit up and then mess with me for whatever reason, I just wont have it, but then again, no one wants to be any body’s punching bag so to speak. Anyway, peace to all and thank you to those that supported me, I’ll always hold good thought’s for you all.
